PURPOSE AND ACTIVITIES
The ITECH-STEM INFUSE Program is a mentorship initiative that connects high school students with college mentors in Medicine, Engineering, and Computer Science to help them successfully prepare for college and future STEM careers. Through structured guidance, college mentors share their experiences navigating admissions, selecting the right high school courses, building strong extracurricular profiles, securing internships, and developing professional networks.
Program Impact
The program provides workshops, small-group mentoring, and personalized college readiness planning, empowering students with the knowledge, confidence, and strategies needed to pursue competitive university programs. By leveraging near-peer mentorship and service learning, INFUSE creates a supportive pathway that infuses knowledge, skills, and opportunity into the next generation of STEM leaders.
